This position has a starting base rate of pay $19.85 per hour, and an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift position placement.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow, process efficiency, and product quality while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow, process efficiency, and product quality while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Member is responsible for monitoring the audits done in the slicing room.
- Team Member will conduct timely checks for metal detection, collect samples, label verification and other varying audits as needed within the Slicing Department as deemed necessary by management.
- Must have good communication and organizational skills to ensure the process is followed in compliance with product processing procedures and regulations.
- All Team Members are to follow all Safety and Food Safety Procedures.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Must be willing and able to lift up to 10 pounds.
- The Team Member will push/pull loaded bins with hand jack.
- The Team Member will work in a cold and damp or dry environment.
- The Team Member will perform repetitive motions, reaching above shoulders, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, standing and walking.
