We are looking for a to join our team! This is a which will require you to report onsite to our office approximately 3 days a week.As part of the most digitally connected and insightful team in the automotive solutions industry, you’ll have the opportunity to supercharge your skills in ATD’s Data & Analytics department. The department specializes in Data Science (DS), Business Intelligence (BI), and Decision Intelligence (DI), connecting the enterprise with data-driven decisioning.  

The core of the project involves rebuilding script-based automations, written in Python and executed via Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots, into modern decisioning workflows developed on Palantir’s Foundry platform. This is a full-stack development assignment including developing the necessary data pipelines, ontology objects and actions, and user interfaces (UI) such as a workshop/webapp.

• A combination of specific training and hands-on learning where you will analyze real data to solve problems all with the customer as your focus

• In addition to earning guidance from an experienced and skilled leader, you will be paired with a mentor to support and coach you to gain valuable feedback to ensure your success

• producing financial reports and analyzing them to consult our front-line business leaders on ways to operate more efficiently and increasing profits
• sustaining or advancing our cloud/network services, directly impacting our technology security platforms and tools, developing new software, or engaging in the advancement of our industry leading Ecommerce Marketplace 
• learning the talent acquisition/management strategies, identifying top talent for key open roles, Data Analytics and reporting on key operational metrics
• directly engaging in the movement of tires from manufacturing locations to shipping to trucking/rail to customer delivery and sharing new ideas for improvement
• gaining an understanding of the 70,000 SKU’s of the over 40M tires distributed by ATD annually and what drives the buying and pricing decisions

• Travel required:  Dependent on Internship Area.  Travel to the Field Support Center will be required, along with periodic assignment to distribution centers.
