About our Internship Program:
The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging 10-week experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

- A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
Internal Audit provides independent, objective assurance over company policies and procedures to assist the enterprise in maintaining an effective system of internal controls. Internal Audit supports the Boards of Directors in oversight of the governance, risk, and control framework. The Data Analytics Audit Intern will work closely under the guidance of more senior Analytics Staff, with the broad objective of identifying, developing and managing the use of technology to provide solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assurance activities.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Business Partners/Analysts, Data Analysts, Application Development and other Data Scientists to integrate innovations and algorithms into useable data products
- Support the build and maintenance of active analytical tools and applications used to collect, process, and present data across the department for use in audit testing
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to obtain data
- Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytical solutions

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums: Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business & Technology Management or Data Science
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Candidate must have strong knowledge of working with and manipulating a variety of data types (e.g. structured, unstructured, hierarchical) from a variety of sources (e.g. relational databases, system logs, SharePoint) to produce meaningful analyses
- Candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork by demonstrating a willingness to assist peers and supervisors.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
