ADP is hiring a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI and Data Analytics. In this role, you'll acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets and do exploratory analysis to understand our data.You'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects andyou'll provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making. You'll code with machine learning tools like Python, R, and Scala to synthesize data sets into patterns that answer ad hoc requests and use Tableau for data visualization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct hands-on development and provide subject matter expertise in AI with deep machine learning expertise including GenAI technologies such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Build new models for predictions and recommendations that can be effectively implemented within organization.
- Test new ideas and deploy end to end models in Production.
- Collaborate with Business, Product Managers, Architects, Analysts on new ideas and design business use cases.
- Create AI/ML best practices.
- Responsible for providing day to day data insights using standard data tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Act as an expert source of technology and application knowledge within their domain technologies
- Participate in upfront planning and identification of key performance indicators and ROI.
- Draw strategic and tactical conclusions from analyses to make recommendations and influence future implementations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years in designing and implementing machine learning models at scale.
- 7+ years overall experience in Data analytics space with successful deployments.
- Experience with cutting edge technologies including deep generative models like ChatGPT and Codex Models like GitHub Copilot.
- Experience in building architecture on AWS/Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with standard Data Analytics tools and databases including SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.
- Expert problem-solving skills required to interpret complex information and present the best way to move forward.
- Technical and Business acumen to participate in the analysis, design, testing and implementation.
- Communication skills with ability to clearly explain complex issues and drive consensus.
- Innovation with ability to "think outside the box" is important.
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team, as well as independently.
Prior experience in AWS, Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
