Description
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
1. Collect and analyze large sets of data related to operational metrics and population health indicators.
2. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to derive meaningful insights.
3. Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy.
Data Visualization:
1. Design and create visually compelling dashboards and reports using industry-standard visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
2. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand visualization requirements and optimize reporting processes.
Operational Efficiency Improvement:
Work closely with operational teams to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Provide recommendations for streamlining processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
Population Health Metrics:
1. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor and report on population health metrics.
2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand the unique data needs related to population health.
Data Governance and Compliance:
1. Ensure adherence to data governance policies and compliance standards.
2. Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive operational and health-related data.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: High School Diploma and combination of education and experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science).
Minimum Experience:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on operational and population health metrics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years experience andknowledge of healthcare data and population health metrics.
