Our Data Analyst is expected to be self-motivated, self-reliant, organized, driven to succeed, and able to handle concurrent projects and assignments while working within a fast-paced environment, experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to understand business models and form links to financial implications.
- High attention to detail with exceptional eye for data and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to reconcile source data with financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Familiarity with financial management and accounting concepts.
- Ability to retrieve, sort, report and analyze data from various financial and operational systems.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to convert large datasets accurately and efficiently into compelling outputs for decision-making by the business.
- Strong analytical experience with a comprehensive understanding of the three financial statements (income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet).

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or data-oriented field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Finance or data-oriented business role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with integrated ERP systems is required and Sage/Intacct preferred.
