Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director and/or supervisor, the Data Analyst is primarily concerned with creating/producing management reports. Collects data, prepares statistical reports and analysis to improve the services provided within the setting assigned. Maintains the strictest confidentiality of all. Additionally, the Data Analyst acts as a liaison between the Quality Department and assigned areas of responsibilities. May serve on hospital committees.

Minimum Education
- Two year’s
Minimum Work Experience
- Three years successful administration/business office experience.
- Experience in project management and performance improvement activities.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong computer skills essential including Microsoft Office and Database queries
- Numerical ability required for accurate arithmetic computations
- Ability to detect and avoid errors in computing figures.
- Must be able to carry defined policies, procedures and duties under specific instructions.
- Must have ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Due to confidential nature of information, must be of sound character.
- Facilitates innovation as well as team building skills, creative thinking and problem solving skills.
