We are searching for a qualified applicant to join our team in the Leads Department. As a Leads Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurate data analysis for our national sales team.
This is strictly a data entry admin position, no phones or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Use data to understand business patterns and trends
- Prepare and sort excel documents
- Maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Great work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to manage time and prioritize
- Multitasking skills
- Type 55+ words per minute
Hours & Benefits:
- Hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday. (hours flexible)
- Starting pay is $13-14/hour with the opportunity for upward movement.
- Health, Dental, Vision, life insurance and 401K offered after 60 days.
