Overview:
This is a REMOTE position.
HR Sr Systems Analyst is part of a team that provides technical support and ancillary functional support of Mercy's HR-specific applications, with the primary focus being Workday. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

• Gather initial intake requests, review for completion and slot into work queue.
• Performs production support to end users, ensuring inquiries and business cases are processed timely with focus on service excellence.
• Maintains familiarity with all computer systems used within the department, utilizing as necessary.
• Process security requests for Workday.
• Evaluate supporting tasks for effectiveness and offer enhancement suggestions.
• Assist with data gathering and validation as requested.
• Supports standard processes
• Participates in meetings with business and/or project teams when appropriate to discuss projects, progress and next steps.
• May support group data efforts associated with acquisitions, divestitures, or large group updates.
• Partners with Data Quality team ensuring accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation.
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades or new functionality.
• Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate process changes.
• Monitors integrations for successful processing.
• Documents testing processes and results.
• Supports extended team to ensure project requirements are met, as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with special focus in HR/Payroll/Benefits system administration and support.
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Other:
• Working knowledge of cloud-based HCM and Timekeeper system, preferably Workday and UKG Dimensions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude in learning new technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Beginning to Intermediate abilities in SQL, Excel, XML and XSLT.
