Our direct client, who is leader in Food Supply Chain industry, is looking for Term set Analyst/ Data Analyst.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Daily use of Excel to:
- Manage the accuracy of contracting and billing database (Supply chain)
- Perform contracting gap analyses (audits and reconciliations) against master contract data vs term set standards
- Find the “needle in the haystack” to solve root cause for Term set Overlaps
- Find the “1 in 1,000” gap across contracting parameters
- Generate results for simple ad hoc analysis requests
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, metric conversions, area, and volume
- Compile and present data summaries in a clean and concise manner
- Daily use of Outlook to:
- Manage ongoing task correspondence
- Keep track of ad hoc requests and delivery against deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders via update/resolved notices
- Process high volumes of data requests accurately and ahead of very strict deadlines
- Act as gatekeeper of Invoice Discrepancies, acting as liaison between multiple departments, not limited to category development, member development, and finance, to facilitate resolution to IDN’s on time
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years within a data processing environment.
- Ability to apply concepts of algebra and basic calculus, daily
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required with the ability to perform VLOOKUP’s, If Statements, and Pivot Tables
- Must be able to pull tangible and intangible data pieces together to draw conclusions.
