Your Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst for Global Learning Managementwithin the Ag & Turf Division at John Deere, you will:
- Work on jobs and projects to lead data analytics initiatives that meet the requirements of customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Execute Learning Management projects, and other work efforts that support the analysis, marketing, measurement, and support of the larger business initiatives.
- Collaborate with business partners on assigned projects to help coordinate the implementation of plans for business initiatives – including measurement and support tactics.
- Perform assigned needs analysis projects that help define appropriate solutions to meet customer, channel partner or stakeholder needs.
- Provide business partners, team members and supervisor appropriate feedback and communications relative to progress on assigned projects and work tasks.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and innovations related to technology and business processes to leverage business solutions.
- Interpret data, finds patterns or trends that support business initiatives and/or stakeholders needs, and presents findings to business partners.

What Skills You Need
- Database management, table creation and manipulation.

- Project management and business planning.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience in SQL.
- Ability to develop Tableau reports and communicate their value to stakeholders.
- Experience working in SAP SuccessFactors.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Data Analytics, Accounting/Finance, Math or Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
