Visit.org is seeking a passionate and ambitious Data Analyst & Operations Associate, Marketing to join our remote team in the Philippines. The position will play a key role in leading the creation and delivery of impact reports to corporate partners, enhancing our data collection processes, analyzing key marketing metrics, and driving impactful insights. Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be working flexible hours and available for team meetings daily from 8 am-12 pm EST (9 pm-1 am PHT).The schedule to accommodate the remaining 20 hours/week is flexible.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of Corporate Partner impact reports, synthesizing data/insights into compelling summaries, designing visually-appealing reports, and managing timely delivery per client commitments
Drive project management and quality assurance of impact reports, including tracking progress, meeting deadlines, coordinating tasks between collaborators and client teams to produce polished, client-ready deliverables
Analyze marketing and operational data to derive valuable insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies and performance.
Streamline and optimize data collection methods across various platforms and systems (Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to understand data needs and create standardized reporting processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a marketing analytics field or equivalent practical experience Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
3+ years in marketing analytics, data analysis, and Operations with a focus on deriving insights from diverse datasets
Professional expertise in Salesforce and Google Analytics are required
Knowledge of tools including Pardot, Wix, and Tableau is preferred
Experience in SQL and Excel are a plus
Self-directed and proactive: The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative and autonomy in managing tasks, excelling in a setting that values self-driven contributions and ownership.
Innate problem-solving skills: Proficient in independently identifying and resolving data-related challenges, ensuring streamlined operations and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools such as Salesforce and Pardot) to derive actionable insights and suggest improvements. Experience with Tableau is a plus!
Excellent communication skills with the capability to present data findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a startup environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills! This role will be a part of a closely knit, small marketing team that values kindness and collaboration.
