Data Analyst – Temporary
Globally recognized consumer packaged goods company is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a 2-3 month temporary opportunity. You will generate cyclical sales reports while monitoring key revenue and sales metric dashboards in support of Sales, Marketing, and Management teams. Prior working experience in SQL coding, advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis are essential to this role.
This is a full-time, temporary position. Hybrid with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
• Duration: 2-3 months, temporary. Starts the beginning of June 2023.
• Where: hybrid/on site in Petaluma (1-2 days/week remote)
• Pay: $40 - 50 per hour/DOE
• Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
Data Analyst Primary responsibilities:
• Own and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
• Monitor key revenue and sales metric dashboards
• Maintain and update SQL databases of all (sell-in and sell-through) sales
• Power BI and Blueshift analysis and data management
Data Analyst Ideal Qualifications:
• High proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and Microsoft Excel are required
• Coding experience in R or Python is a plus
• Prior experience working in a Consumer Packaged Goods (“CPG”) Company highly preferred
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Detailed and organized
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience preferred
