Data Analyst

Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or
concerns and report suspected violations.

Supports Daily Data Automation Tasks and Processes for the Business Intelligence 2. department.
3. Manages communication with data automation key stakeholders regarding change management.
4. Manages data relationships with internal and 3rd party vendors to ensure appropriate and timely data is delivered.
5. Manages Vendor Extract external and internal communication and problem resolution.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data marts, data sets and measures to provide fast, accurate, and meaningful
insight into heath system data.

Apply investigative skill and analytical methods to look behind the numbers, assess business impacts, and make recommendations
through use of healthcare analytics and data modeling.

Holding weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns,
budget, and upcoming milestones.

9. Coordinates Server and Database Upgrades and Downtime with customers.
10. Manages Vendor Extract external and internal communication and problem resolution.
11. Oversees Enterprise Dataset Management and Processing.
12. Maintains change management processes on the servers and database environments.
13. Maintain Coding Standards and Documentation Requirements as objects are deployed to databases.
14. Maintains enterprise dataset data dictionaries and definitions.
15. Reviewing System reports and identifying maintenance and upgrade requirements.
16. Writing SQL Queries, ETA Tools, Data Set Management, Programming, File Management, and supporting data pipelines.
17. Understanding the data landscape of the Epic EHR is integral to the function of this job.

Licensure/Certification
Required: Microsoft Certified - Azure Fundamentals - Obtain within 90 Days of Employment
Required: Epic Certification - Clarity Data Model - Obtain within 6 Months of Employment
Experience
Required: 4 years of technology related work experience preferably in a healthcare setting
Required: 4 years of programming (C++, SQL, HTML/CSS, C#)
Specific Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Required
Database query and program writing using advanced SQL queries with data sets
Familiar with SQL database engine, including interpreting executed query plans and run time statistics
Familiar with generating and consuming industry standard structured data formats
Familiar with creating data automation within the .NET framework, C#
Usage of the entire suite of Business Objects tools and the integration within Epic
Demonstrable Problem Solving experience
Critical thinking and an analytical mind.
Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts.
PC Computer skills using MS Office, Internet browsers, e-mail
Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
