Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 12 month + contract and 100% remote position.

- In the role of Data Analyst for our Client's Marketing Solutions, you will support the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) segments, playing a pivotal role in leveraging data science to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiencies.
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, such as Sales Leadership, to align data-driven insights with business objectives, designing and implementing predictive models, data modeling processes, and analytical frameworks to address key challenges within the Marketing Solutions business.
- This position provides a dynamic opportunity for those with a background in data science or analytics to significantly influence our client's business trajectory, engage with senior sales professionals, and contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies online.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, interpreting complex datasets to identify key insights and trends.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics tools and Tableau dashboards to monitor KPIs and assess performance against objectives.
- Develop analysis and communications for specific business problems and opportunities.
- Lead data-driven projects with regional or global impact, such as customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Business Analytics teams to enhance data integration, reporting automation, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and analytical techniques to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role with a strong analytical background.
- 2+ year of experience with SQL, Tableau, and statistical software.
- 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Desired:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or modeling, with a demonstrated ability to apply data-driven insights to real-world problems.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Python and other data science tools.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Proven track record of leading projects and presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Pay rate range: $40.35 - $58.05 hourly.
