We are seeking a Junior ETL Data Integration developer to join DWH team. The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica Power Center. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation and loading procedures.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $75K - $95K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior ETL Data Integration developer to join DWH team. The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica Power Center. Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica Power Center.
- Design and implement data mappings, transformations, and workflows to move data from source systems to target systems.
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data integration needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Understand data lineage across complex current state system environments and target state.
- Performing Data Analysis including data extraction with standard SQL Tools.
- Writing and executing queries to profile large data sets.
- Works as a project team member on multiple projects to facilitate process improvements involving multiple sites or business areas.
- Document Technical specifications, data mappings and ETL processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 2+ years of Data Analysis and data Integration, prior experience working with industry best practices is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in developing ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) mappings and workflows in complex large-scale data warehouse and data integration projects in the banking industry using Informatica is preferred.
- Expertise in relational and dimensional databases like UDB DB2, Oracle, Green Plum and SQL Server.
- Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of various teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions and work under tight deadlines; achievement oriented and takes initiative.
