No bartending experience needed however, we require at least 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests and utilize suggestive selling to upgrade and add on
- Input orders into the POS system
- Prepare drinks
- Maintain a clean and orderly bar
- Clean and disinfect all of the common areas regularly
- Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Able to carry up to 25 pounds
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
