The Cybersecurity Learning Analyst will be responsible for developing world class enterprise Cybersecurity trainings. This will include researching and implementing industry best practices, establishing sustainable processes for onboarding, offboarding and re-certifying IT professionals and ensuring organizational change management practices are considered to successfully drive a culture of secure behaviors.

What You Will Do: 

  • Manage cybersecurity related project assignments, normally more complex aspects of work without close supervision, identifying complex problems and resolutions.

  • Manage learning program related projects through matrix teams across the enterprise.

  • Support internal and external customers learning through the available learning systems.

  • Define, design, and develop training materials, technical/troubleshooting manuals, and user guides using available platforms and tools.

  • Convert content to learning courses in different format required (e.g. SCORM files, etc.); be comfortable with authoring tools, such as ‘Articulate’, ‘Captivate’, etc.

  • Managing trainings in Workday and associated reporting.

  • Partner with subject matter experts and develop instructional materials that satisfy the training needs and offer a high-quality and engaging learning experience.

  • Design evaluations and learner knowledge assessments for courses. 

  • Manage multiple deliverables and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Deep knowledge in available corporate learning tools and vendors as well as their capabilities.

  • Identify, explore, and onboard vendors / offerings to supplement internal Learning & Development resources including compliance with cybersecurity.

  • When applicable, design and develop the end-to-end pilot and UAT test plan thoroughly with expected results by working with the learning managers, subject matter experts and technical support teams.

  • Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that require careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results; assists customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts.

What You Have:

  • Previous experience developing learning programs.

  • Previous project management and change management experience required.

  • Previous experience with building and rolling out communication plans.

  • Ability to collaborate and partner with various leaders in IT. 

  • Experience with ADDIE Learning Model.

  • Previous experience with Workday

  • Exposure to Adobe, Articulate and Captivate

  • Must be a self-starter with high motivation.

  • General Cybersecurity knowledge a plus

  • Strong communicator that is comfortable working with Executives

Additional Info :

  • The primary location for this position is Peoria, IL, Irving, TX or Nashville, TN.  You must be willing to work ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK.

  • SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE.

  • Relocation is available to those who qualify.

  • Travel up to 20%.
