Soap Maker

This position is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction inside the BCS store.
Contributions:
Coordinate with store manager to develop daily production plans and determine workflow
Offer high levels of customer service by assessing customer needs and providing assistance
Maintain inventory levels of all products within a specific range
Ensure products are made timely and meet quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean production and retail area
Follow and achieves sales goals
Remain knowledgeable on all products
Process POS purchases and returns of merchandise

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Excellent organization skills
Wage Range for Soap Maker: $13.50 - 14.50
