General Summary:
Researches and analyzes data and delivers actionable information that assists executive management and internal stakeholders in making informed business decisions relating to Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
· Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources.
· Develops, implements, and maintains a robust Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) program, ensures the agency's C-SCRM program addresses DoD, Army, and Federal mandated C-SCRM Policies and Directives.
· Develops mitigation strategies to combat threats whether presented by the supplier, the supplier's product, its subcomponents, or the Supply Chain itself throughout the ICT lifecycle.
· Develops, updates, and maintains the SCRM program's underlying documentation.
· Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
· Prepares reports, dashboards, and graphic illustrations of findings.
· May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain C-SCRM performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
· Presents findings to general officers and senior executive staff and internal stakeholders.
· Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Command’s strategy and stakeholder needs.
· Prepares senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrates business value to be gained from an improvement.

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Associate’s Degree in related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of unrelated degree field.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance; US citizenship is required.
- Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply chain/logistics experience.
- Experience serving on an Army contract.
- Experience on a Quality Assurance team.
