SalaryBachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent training, education, and experience in related discipline.
Experience developing and implementing Technical Education and Awareness programs and strategies at multiple large organizations preferred.
Experience in one or more of the following fields – Technical Writing, IT, Training & Development, or Cybersecurity.
Hands-On Experience with Training Labs and eLearning Modules - Demonstrated skills in creating, overseeing, and updating training labs, along with designing interactive eLearning modules.
Ability to form complex 'communications / messages' in a simple, clear and concise manner within our organization.
Ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term.
Display practical knowledge of different message distribution techniques to ensure end user communities understand and continually apply the required behavioral change necessary to reduce the 'human factors' risk.
Strong understanding of IT Essentials and basic understanding of the different concepts of information security.
Demonstrate intermediate level of knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge in relevant and current tech trends and new technologies
Demonstrated ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate that information seamlessly to non-technical employees and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and senior business staff and management.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
