Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and sustain security systems and networks.
- Take charge of overseeing the Access Control platform.
- Coordinate with partners/vendors for planned maintenance activities.
- Uphold the integrity and accessibility of security technologies.
- Utilize innovative problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot and resolve security system issues.
- Possess extensive knowledge of security technology and protocols.
- Provide supplementary assistance across various aspects of the Security Program as required.
- Develop and execute safety and security programs to mitigate potential risks.
- Enhance communication channels and workflow efficiency through process documentation and technology integration.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a security-related field from an accredited institution.
- Possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience with security technologies and tools, including extensive experience in designing and implementing security systems.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in software and hardware security solutions.
- Show proven experience in applying and evaluating common security and control frameworks.
- Exhibit excellent report-building and basic Excel skills.
- Have familiarity with security operations, facilities coordination, administrative functions, and office services, preferably with direct workplace department experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Possess certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Vendor-specific certifications for security systems (e.g., Cisco CCNP Security).
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
