Job Description
ANALYGENCE is seeking mission-driven professionals for a pending award supporting the 67th Cyberspace Operations Group (COG) and associated Cyberspace Operations Squadrons (315 COS, 352 COS, 390 COS and 305 COS). The 367 COS is tasked by Air Combat Command (ACC), 16th Air Force (16 AF)/Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER), 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW) and 67 COG (67 COG) to organize, train, equip, and present cyber capabilities under the program known as CRASH HEADER. The CRASH HEADER mission is growing with funded billets on-boarding FY21-24. A strong contractor work force is needed to bridge requirements until the unit's manpower authorizations are funded, recruited, on-boarded, and fully trained until at least FY26.

Job Description

- The Cyber Intelligence Analyst will conduct intelligence/technical analysis in support of cyber efforts.
- The Analyst will identify and formally/informally report system vulnerabilities/threats as it relates to the system, and research new and emerging technologies.
- The Analyst will have a solid understanding of critical vulnerability exploits and how to use them, SIGINT database knowledge and authorities, the National Intelligence Priorities Forum (NIPF), and Microsoft® Windows®/*nix command line interface and file structures.
- The Analyst will prepare finished intelligence analysis reports that provide focused analytical support to cyber.
- The Analyst will assist in the direction, coordination, review, and evaluation of cyber intelligence activities within the 91 COS and coordinate those activities with Group, Wing, MAJCOM, DOD, and national-level agencies.
- The Analyst will utilize higher classification level analytical tools, processes, and databases to enable the automation of network characterization and baseline trending for cyber mission execution.
- The Analyst will anticipate, determine, develop, and document future collection requirements, analysis, and assessments in area of responsibility (AOR) affecting cyber missions ensuring satisfaction of customer needs and to meet wartime tasking.
- The Analyst will create visual displays conveying situational awareness and engagement measures of performance (MOP) and measures of effectiveness (MOE) assessments.
- The Analyst will present analytical results to crews and provide training to Government and military personnel on analytical methodologies to identify changes in the operational environment likely to cause mission success or failure.
- The Analyst will employ the Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief (PBED) methodology.
- The Analyst will have sufficient technical knowledge to understand cyber capabilities, target vulnerabilities, and effects. (At the minimum, Network+ and Security+).
- The Analyst will provide network maps based on operational preparation of the environment (OPE), cyber-surveillance and reconnaissance (C-S&R), SIGINT database research, and/or all-source analysis.
- Analysts may be required to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts in support of mission operations not to exceed 120 hours per month.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree OR over 14 years of experience with a BA/BS degree OR at least 18 years of experience without a degree
- IAT Level I, II and III certifications or equivalencies can replace some years of experience/education requirements
- Top Secret/SCI
