Cutting Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Cutting Machine Operator to join our team at AFC. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of cutting jobs with precision and accuracy. JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Set up and maintain digital G3 flatbed high-precision Cutting Machine.
• Transfer, modify, and adjust digital information and designs from the CAD software to the machine for cutting and prototypes.
• Coordinate and program cutting jobs with supervisor.
• Consult with management to discuss specifications.
• Proof designs for potential errors and make revisions based on feedback.
• Cut templates and prototypes.
• Operate forklift.
  

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) + $2.50 shift differential for second shiftSchedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift and 2nd shift available
Requirements:

• One year of Machine Operator work experience and/or training preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Must have basic knowledge and be capable of working with CAD software.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
• Must be available to train on first shift.
