Customer Support Coordinator - EF San Diego
EF International Language Campus in San Diego, California is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for our fantastic school located in Point Loma. The role reports to the Customer Support Manager and supports in all areas of the Customer Support and Administrative Department in addition to other departments as needed.
The Role
• Provides a high level of customer service in a busy and fast-paced environment while working at the front reception desk. Handles and services all student questions and inquiries with care and a smile.
• Supports the Customer Support Manager with acceptance of all new students, ensuring that all booking details are entered correctly. Also assists with visa process start to finish as needed.
• Ensures all student records meet accreditation standards and remain in compliance with student visa regulations.
• Responds quickly and accurately to enquiries and correspondence with overseas administrative offices regarding all student booking and visa requests.
• Supports the weekly intake and registration process ensuring intake materials are prepared in advance and student documents are properly logged in internal database.
• Handles all general student questions and inquiries.
• Assists with student arrivals and departures.
• Supports with customer service, collecting student evaluations, and following up to ensure all customers are having a positive experience.
• Support students with questions regarding insurance claims and doctor visits.
• Effectively communicates with colleagues worldwide and other internal departments.
