Job description

Amplified is predicted to be one of the fastest growing companies in the city this year and is filling an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist position. We are expanding our services throughout the area and are looking to start developing our core team for Phoenix.

Daily Duties:

  • Determine customers needs and propose appropriate service needs
  • Develop solid customer relationships to help with customer retention
  • Utilize CRM software platform to track and notate customer interactions, and follow ups
  • Participate in team strategy meetings
  • Meet the needs of our clients and customers with integrity and honesty
  • Effectively work within a team environment as while as independently
  • Make calls, send emails and texts to follow up with customers and clients
  • Manage calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly/weekly goals are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
