Responsibilities Include

·       Customer Support Responsibilities

o   Assisting customers with the installation and general usage of our app (iOS, Android, Online Portal)

o   Software Quality Assurance Testing

o   Verify and error-check product builds and releases

o   Troubleshooting, provisioning, testing, and working on technical releases

o   Manage an inbound technical support chat, phone line, and email queue

·       General Responsibilities

o   Assist with data and CRM administration

o   Able to maintain schedules, project checklist/plans, and processes through various project management softwares

o   Work in a small, agile team environment that involves collaboration and teamwork to achieve the best results

·       Sales Responsibilities

o   Assist customers with purchasing and renewing a subscription-based service/app

o   Manage an inbound pipeline of prospects within a CRM (both during a trial and before a subscription expires)

o   Outstanding organizational skills to ensure proper call follow-up with prospects

o   Perform upsells of additional relevant products based on needs-based sales tactics

o   Document all prospect/client communication into a CRM database

o   Work in a short-cycle sales environment, with most prospects moving through the pipeline in 2 weeks

o   Manage an inbound sales chat, phone line, and email queue

 

Required Education and Experience

·       BA/BS Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience

·       1+ years in a professional office role demonstrating strong organizational & communication skills

·       Able to manage and track multiple inbound queues and meet strict deadlines

·       Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with willingness and the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally

·       Ability to lift up to 25lbs

·       Able to travel up to 10% domestically

·       Must be eligible to work in the US

·       Must be local to Phoenix-metro area - no relocation assistance is offered for this role
 

Qualifications of Interest

·       Basic Familiarity with any of the following:

o   Basic Understanding of Technical Languages

§  SQL (MS SQL, MySQL)

§  AJAX

§  iOS (Swift, Objective C#)

§  Web Dev (HTML, CSS)

§  ASP, .NET

§  Python

§  XML, JSON

§  Other languages

o   Microsoft Suite of Services

§  SharePoint

§  PowerShell,

§  MS Office

§  OneDrive, Flow, Access, etc

o   WordPress, WooCommerce

·       Any experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, or Technology spaces

·       Experience with tasking systems and CRMs (Monday.com and ActiveCampaign Preferred, all others welcome such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and more)

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including medical professionals, software engineers, network engineers, and more to solidify deliverables and expectations for clients
  • Familiarity with HL7 standards and standard coding nomenclatures (ICD-10, RxNorm, SNOMED, etc)

Compensation:

·       Base salary plus monthly commissions
