What You'll Do:
- Manage Opportunity accounts to maintain and improve the client partnership to meet or exceed the revenue, retention, and relationship goals.
- Formulate and deploy strategies for opportunity accounts/challenged accounts.
- Work closely with the Implementation Team to Implement Opportunity accounts.
- Provide portfolio analysis and training on an on-going basis for Opportunity client portfolio and refinance partners.
- Assist the Account Management team to maximize the client relationship experience for continued growth opportunities.
- Research and analyze to develop/prepare client-centric financial reviews/solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert on Open Lending’s products.
- Cross-train within our Client Success Support Team and Implementation Team.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to maximize client experience.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the credit union or banking industry preferred.
- Ability to work from the Austin Office 2 to 3 days per week.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably on the phone and in person at all levels including the Executive level.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record of assisting clients.
- Financial aptitude to assist with accurate analysis for clients.
- An organized individual who excels in problem-solving and multitasking.
- Motivated hard worker who displays self-confidence and a strong desire to learn.
- Energetic self-starter with a track record of determination, willingness to go the extra mile, and achievement.
- Highly adaptable and flexible with a keen eye for detail.
- A team player mentality is required.
- Must be able to travel (details discussed during interview).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing, communications, or business administration, preferred but not required.
