Customer Success Specialist

What You Will Do:

Under the general direction of the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, overseeing the processing of products through the delivery and warehouse system, and ensuring accurate invoicing. This position is integral to maintaining a smooth and efficient supply chain, ultimately ensuring that JonnyPops products are readily available for customers to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

Directing the Order Cycle:

  • Coordinate and oversee the entire order cycle from order placement to delivery.
  • Implement streamlined processes for efficient order fulfillment.

Ensuring Accurate Documentation:

  • Analyze warehouse shipping documents meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Regularly audit documentation processes and workflows to maintain quality standards.

Monitoring Inventory and Shipment Processing:

  • Optimize shipment processing, tracing, and delivery times for enhanced efficiency.
  • Generate accurate reports for operations and sales teams to facilitate informed decision-making.

Document Verification:

  • Thoroughly verify all documents related to logistics invoices, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and delivery receipts, to ensure they align with the agreed terms and conditions.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address any potential issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement effective problem-solving strategies to prevent recurring problems.

Meeting Targets:

  • Set and achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture to motivate.

Metrics and Data Analysis:

  • Set and achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture to motivate teams to meet and exceed goals.

Effective Communication:

  • Foster strong communication with logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
  • Ensure a collaborative approach to achieve mutual satisfaction and business growth.

Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Prioritize excellent customer service and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate to customers regarding suggested order revisions to open POs.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in logistics management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communicator.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve exceptions as they arise.
  • Proficient in Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with quick reaction time.
  • Ability to prioritize, set and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and greater.
  • 1+ years of related experience in logistics, supply chain or customer service environment.
  • Experience with a food manufacturer or CPG preferred.
  • Hybrid remote in Elk River, MN 55330

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
