Job description

The Customer Success Executive will bridge the gap between contracting and first service/inspection appointment, serving as primary point of contact for customer onboarding.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with creating and executing new customer onboarding experience including: inputting contacts, reviewing pricing and billing procedures, enrolling in customer portal, etc.
  • Answer phones on the first ring, take customer information, direct call to the appropriate person
  • Provide excellent customer service support including answering inbound calls, creating support cases and other customer service duties
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, respond to customer inquiries and requests in an expedited timeframe
  • Update customer data and information in system CRM
  • Review customer contract data for renewals and prepare documentation for Sales Manager approval
  • Collaborates with the Sales Manager to Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience
  • Other duties as assigned from the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Customer onboarding experience preferred
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
