The Customer Success Executive will bridge the gap between contracting and first service/inspection appointment, serving as primary point of contact for customer onboarding.
Job Duties:
- Assist with creating and executing new customer onboarding experience including: inputting contacts, reviewing pricing and billing procedures, enrolling in customer portal, etc.
- Answer phones on the first ring, take customer information, direct call to the appropriate person
- Provide excellent customer service support including answering inbound calls, creating support cases and other customer service duties
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Understand customer needs and requirements, respond to customer inquiries and requests in an expedited timeframe
- Update customer data and information in system CRM
- Review customer contract data for renewals and prepare documentation for Sales Manager approval
- Collaborates with the Sales Manager to Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience
- Other duties as assigned from the Sales Manager

Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Customer onboarding experience preferred
- Positive, customer-focused attitude required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
