Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for assisting customers and helping complete their orders, primarily over the phone. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, driven, and has excellent customer service and communication skills. If you have a passion for healthcare and helping people then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers to help create and complete orders
- Educate customers on products and services and answer any questions they may have
- Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer information
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
