Profile Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful onboarding of our clients, while also fostering long-term business relationships with your book of business. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to provide exceptional support and guidance to new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the moment they sign up until they are fully onboarded onto our platform.
Your responsibilities
- Manage a book of business of mid-market accounts to foster long-term business relationships
- Develop and execute onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
- Organize and conduct product demos and training to showcase the functionality and benefits of Pipeline CRM
- Increase customer retention, engagement, and business growth by addressing customer needs, personalizing interactions, and identifying upselling opportunities
- Answer incoming questions and inquiries from customers promptly to resolve queries and enhance satisfaction
What you bring to the table
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as Customer Success, account management, or related customer support role preferably in the SaaS industry
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail
- Flexibility, autonomy, and strong time management skills
- Exceptional communication and follow-up skills, and a proactive, customer-centric orientation, paired with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Tech savviness and proficiency with CRM solutions and computer software applications (G-suite or MS Office with emphasis on Excel)
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues creatively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
