As a Customer Success Manager at Viking Contractors LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and representing our brand to homeowners. We are seeking driven and self-motivated individuals who are eager to face challenges and enjoy high rewards. While previous roofing or sales experience is not required, a genuine desire to earn more and excel in a competitive environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct meetings with homeowners at their residences in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand the customer’s needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Perform roof assessments to evaluate storm damage and insurance claim viability (training provided).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide proactive guidance to customers on the best use of our services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
- Manage documents and forms efficiently, and maintain an organized schedule using Google Calendar.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Act as a mediator between insurance adjusters and our customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar role (2 - 3 years of previous experience).
- Own a smartphone and reliable transportation for home visits.
- Ability and willingness to climb roofs for assessments (training provided).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in the roofing industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: Our sales representatives typically earn between $80,000 and $250,000 per year. As a new member of our team, you will receive training and mentorship from experienced professionals to help you reach your full potential.
