And we’re currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our growing sales team.

POSITION SNAPSHOT

As a Customer Success Manager at Refrigeration Heroes, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products or services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our high volume customers, advocating for their needs within the company and providing support to help them achieve their goals.

In other words, you’ll pave the way for our professionals to save the day.

COMPENSATION
We offer competitive compensation based on relevant sales experience. This position starts at $65,000 to $75,000 annual base compensation and On Target Earning for meeting sales goals. See below for additional details on the great benefits offered at Refrigeration Heroes.

IF THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS APPLY, SO SHOULD YOU.

Customer-centric, clear communicator. A big part of your job is understanding both the needs of the customer and the services we provide (we’ll train you as needed!)

Relationship-building people-person. This position will involve calling customers, following up with our existing clients, managing business referrals, and close interaction with our Service Department. If you love connecting with new people and helping solve their critical HVAC and refrigeration issues, you’ll love this job.

Priority-driven and highly motivated. We’re a growing company with a ton of room for advancement—a great fit for ambitious candidates who love to crush goals, learn new things, and support a team that thinks the same way.

THE MOST SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

Previous experience with sales. We consider experience with other B2B sales and experience connecting with the food industry a plus. Have a success record you can prove? Even better.

High school diploma or equivalent. We’re living proof that apprenticeships, real-life and on-the-job experience, and strong learning fundamentals can pave the way to (lots of) successful careers.

Strong computer skills. We use the Microsoft Office Suite in everything we do. CRM experience is preferred—you’ll be using that tool daily.

A positive, healthy attitude. All candidates must possess and maintain a clean and clear driving record, background check, and drug tests.
