Customer Service/Shipping/Packing

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable and people oriented individual to join our team as an customer service representative, packer and shipper.

Responsibilities:
-Assemble and package our products into plastic polytubes
- Prepare and package orders for UPS pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Monitor and answer the phone line, provide customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
