Job Description Summary

• Enter customer orders into the Lawson/H5 system for the facility that are received via email and on the phone from both sales team members as well as customers.
• Receive customer phone calls and emails; provide support to customers and contractors via phone and in person.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts for both finished goods and raw materials stored at the facility.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives regarding orders.
• Retrieve information for credit department when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent or comparable combination of education, experience or training in related field
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferences

• Knowledge of concrete masonry is a plus
