Position: Customer Service/Front Office - Children's Center

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Front Office representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication between parents, staff, and management to guarantee the smooth operation of our children's center.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office space.
- Enrollment Assistance:
- Provide information about our programs, services, and enrollment procedures.
- Assist parents with the enrollment process, including completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Communication Liaison:
- Facilitate effective communication between parents and staff.
- Relay important information, announcements, and updates to parents in a timely manner.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members and management to find solutions.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the administrative needs of various departments within the children's center.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or front office roles preferred.
- Familiarity with gymnastics is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
