Are you a positive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people? If so, UFS is looking for you! We are currently seeking a Customer Service/Lead Cashier to join our team in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to callers
• Aid customers in placing orders and provide updates on order status
• Tag merchandise and maintain organized shelves
• Operate cash registers and process payments
• Ensure the store environment is clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

• Availability every Saturday
• Comfortable working on a computer
• Ability to multitask and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude towards customers
• Previous cashier experience required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
