Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

Super Natural is a leading national business to business (B2B) distributor of the highest quality wellness products in the natural channel. We supply natural grocers, co-ops, fitness centers, licensed practitioners, pharmacies and more.

The successful team member will have room for advancement along with additional compensation.

Successful candidate will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Working with customers to enter orders, either over the phone or by other means, assisting team members in the purchasing department with data entry, price changes, entering new items and other pertinent data. Assisting in other clerical duties such as invoicing and filing. The variety of tasks involved will assure that the successful candidate will not be bored.

Successful candidates will have the following skills/strengths:

- strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills

- strong data entry skills, experience using Excel, and willingness to learn other software programs

- logical thinking and basic math skills

- strong desire to work together as part of a team in order to accomplish important goals
