Location:
- Address: Lake Worth, FL (Specific location details provided upon interview invitation)
- Directions: Interviewees will receive clear instructions for arrival. Ample parking available.
Working Hours:
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Essential Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Must have prior experience in Customer Service, with proficiency in both phone-based and face-to-face interactions.
- Computer Skills: A strong grasp of computer usage is essential.
- Adaptability: Quick learning skills are highly valued, enabling swift acclimatization to our systems and processes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to update them on service statuses and answer any contract-related inquiries.
- Coordinating closely with carriers for timely updates on deliveries and pickups.
- Conducting customer verifications and ensuring the completion and signing of necessary documentation.
- Expertly managing and de-escalating any challenging situations to uphold our high standard of customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Salary: Earn between $800 - $1000 weekly, reflecting your experience level.
- Additional: This role does not include a commission or bonus structure.
