Our Company provides safety devices to Seniors nationwide. We're located in Lakeville, MA looking to add an additional Customer Service representative (CSR) to our customer support team
The members of our CSR team act as a liaisons providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSR's are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and problem-solving comes naturally. The CSR team is confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
● Communicating effectively with our Client base including sales and support.
● Answer phones effectively and courteously.
● Data entry.
● General office tasks.
● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
● Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills:
● Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
● 1-3 years Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills and is able to communicate professionally, both internally and externally.
● Must have experience with an accounting software.
● Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office.
● Must be extremely reliable and trustworthy.
● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be very well-organized and detail oriented.
● Ability to pass a Background Check.
