Position:Customer Service Warehouse Representative

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 a.m.

We are a trucking company and have multiple cold storage facilities at our warehouses. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Administrative duties include receiving/processing inbound truck driver paperwork, processing bill of lading, processing paperwork, filing, copying documents, and other general duties as assigned for the warehouse.

· Answer incoming phone calls and assist drivers as needed.

· Schedule appointments.

· Create and locate purchase orders.

· Identify discrepancies in shipments.

· Manage storage accounts in a multi-temperature warehouse up to freezing temperatures utilizing the 3PL system.

· Label pallets, locate and assist with freight, and tag as needed.

· Warehouse inventory as needed, or time permits.

· Write freight/inventory tags for the warehouse as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

ERIENCE, ABILITIES AND QUALITIES REQUIRED:

· Knowledgeable of enterprise resource planning systems (TruckMate experience preferred).

· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as needed.

· Forklift experience is a plus.

· Effectively communicate with internal and external sources via email, phone, and in person.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Time management and ability to work independently.

· Beginner/intermediate typing skills, including experience with the 10-key by touch.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to work in a team and individually.
