Customer Service

Go Falafel Greek Food in Stockton, CA is looking for one Customer Service to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 236 W Alpine Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• setup the front

Qualifications

• Food Handlers certificate
• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
