As a Customer Service/ Technical Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a premier customer experience. Our Agents are responsible for answering all inbound technical and Customer Service inquiries regarding DISH Network customer accounts, with an overall goal to effectively diagnose customer needs and provide industry leading support/solutions, while delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results.
Location: Onsite/Inspiro Contact Center- 200 W Hanley Ave. Suite 200-3. Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815
Hours of Operation: 7 days a week – 5:00AM-9:00PM PST
Classification: Full-time
Schedule: Hybrid/ Onsite opportunity: Onsite first 30 days minimum, then Hybrid 2 days a week at home, 3 days a week onsite: based on attendance and performance

4 Agent Level Tiers for advancement opportunities:
Tier 1: Agent Training/ Customer Service $15.74/hr
Tier 2: Tech Support $16.17/hr
Tier 3: Advanced Tech Support $16.84/hr
Tier 4: Global Expert $18.11/hr
PERKS OF EMPLOYMENT*:
- $2/hr Attendance Bonus (must work 72 hours in a pay period to be eligible).

- Childcare Reimbursement up to $250 monthly after 90 days of employment.
- $1000 Employee Referral Bonus with no cap: $300 paycheck after 30 days, $300 paycheck after 60 days, and $400 paycheck after 90 days.
- $25 Internet/Gas Stipend per month after 60 days of employment.
- 2 paid “You Days”: one earned after 90 days and 120 days.
