Customer Service Supervisor

Job responsibilities:
- Creating and maintains a lasting impression for our guest by working closely with the Customer Service Manager, Concierge, and Store Management
- Supervising Front End processes, including tenders, check outs, and inventory management
- Supervising POS systems to include data reporting and analysis
- Supervising multiple personnel
- Teaching, coaching, and mentoring Front End Staff
- Establishing and maintains a positive work environment that supports a high employee morale
- Direct guest interaction on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly
- Able to prioritize efficiently and delegate responsibilities
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as required
- Good memorization is helpful.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
