Water Utility Customer Service & Billing Supervisor Job Description
Precision Utility LLC is looking for a team oriented minded and experienced Water Utility Customer Service & Billing Supervisor to work in our Greater Houston Call Center for a thriving Texas Based Water Utility Operations Company experiencing significant growth. Our water billing software is AVR & Starnik. We have two call centers, Houston (4 people) & Huntsville (1 person), and have a team of 5 combined Customer Service Representatives both English and bilingual speaking in both locations. The Supervisor will oversee both locations and all 4 CSRs. The ideal candidate have previous water utility call center and supervisory experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Meter reading, billing, collection, Customer Service, dispatch, costing out jobs, client billing, general correspondence, phone systems, answering and security service point of contact, work well with team members, perform graciously and diplomatically during peak demand, and be able to participate in group think.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
