As a Customer Service Specialist II, you will work closely with our Acquisitions, Accounting, Content Management, Copyright, and Licensing departments to handle day-to-day tasks and assigned projects. As a result, you'll be expected to gain in-depth knowledge of these departments.
This role assists with organizing and implementing new features and developments, identifying areas to improve efficiencies, and tackling projects collaboratively with each department. Additionally, you will spearhead projects on your own.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of our videos and services and the ability to clearly communicate all of the details to customers and clients (Research, Licensing, Accounting, Content & Copyright knowledge)
- Promptly responding to a variety of sales, accounting, copyright, and research inquiries. Customer support requests via phone or email.
- Assisting with projects and maintaining organization through the process of the project.
- Working collaboratively across departments to provide our partners and clients with a first-class Customer Service experience.
- Actively promoting and educating licensors & interested parties about ViralHog, our library, and video licensing.
- Contribute to the development and identify ways to streamline and improve processes.
- Assist in training Customer Service Specialist Level I.
- Assist with phone calls within and outside of our department.
- Assisting with TR releases and submissions when needed.
- Assisting with Submission Affiliates when needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Continuous professional growth and development are required within this position.
- Experience with Social Media, YouTube, Google Workspace, and Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, etc.) is necessary.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position, based on-site in Bozeman, Mt.
