Job Description
$30,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
- Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
- Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- You must have previous Customer Service experience for this position
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
