THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE WITH BENEFITS
In this role you will be the lead point of contact their national distribution channel for a nationally recognized supplier and solutions group in the commercial paper processing industry that has built a culture that celebrates your contributions to their success. This well run organization is adding to their customer care team with this advanced position for their national accounts. This is a new position with the company as them move into their next layer of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for national customer account matters aligning with service and sales teams to build trust and confidence in quality in delivery.
- Provide multiple account management projects at one time and maintain attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with national sales accounts providing intake and timely follow up
- Clearly communicate customer suggestions with department heads and track account transitions
- Coordinate with department heads on idea sharing and customer relations improvements
- Recognize potential for new business with existing clients and coordinator with sales team.
- Prepare metrics and management reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience in customer care relations
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- ·Strong verbal and written communication skills
