As the Customer Service Specialist you will be answering and triaging calls, handling customers complaints, assist with scheduling or dispatching a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and trouble shoot
• Receive customer calls and triage to the appropriate department
• Answering questions about the company's products, services and or information about company's offerings
• Help assist with processing orders and transactions
• Provide proactive customer outreach
• Respond to customer reviews, collect and help analyze customer feedback
• Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
• Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 2 years of Customer Service and/or office-related experience
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting problem skills
• Prior dispatch or call center experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Strong phone skills utilizing most updated operating systems
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
